Letter: Resident experiences problem with SSA benefits

I am writing to request your assistance with Social Security Administration. I have been receiving a disability check since September of 2011. I found out that my disability check will be discontinued by a letter from my pharmacy (Part D). It told me that they were notified by Medicare to “direct bill” me.

So it led me to contact SSA myself to find out what was happening.

The reason that they stated that my check will stop is that I’ve not earned enough “quarters”; however, this is incorrect, as I have been grandfathered in.

I met with a representative from SSA and I was told, “I have other people here. You need to leave. You should never have been on Social Security.” This is my income. I have had two massive strokes, open-heart surgery and serious ovarian cancer over a period of 14 months.
