As I search for words, my heart is very heavy.
Dr. Henry C. Rowe was a kind, brilliant, understanding physician, and a terrific listener. If you needed his time, you received it.
He always made sure his patients received that extra special touch. He was a man of extraordinary capabilities, who made the practice of medicine his mission for life.
Someone has asked or told me things about him every day since his passing. One lady said Dr. Rowe only had to pat her husband on his back and he immediately felt better. Another said Dr. Rowe kept her husband alive for years. Just yesterday, a lady told me how much he had helped her with her problems.
I often ask myself, why did Dr. Rowe have to leave us so early? But God needed a wonderful physician in Heaven.
Gloucester County and the surrounding regions will dearly miss Dr. Rowe. I will be forever grateful for the chance he gave me to work alongside him for 23½ years.
