There have been several things in the last 20 years that have shaken my trust in government. Most alarming was witnessing President Joe Biden become obviously more feeble which left our nation leaderless and in great danger. The mainstream media did not address the issue. Nor did our elected officials.
Although we rely on them to represent the best interests of Virginians, our Democrat Senators Kaine and Warner said nothing nor did our Democrat Representative Abigail Spanberger. On July 11, 2024, after Biden’s disastrous debate in late June, ABC 7 News asked both Kaine and Warner if they thought that—based on that performance—Biden would be able to serve a second term. They both equivocated and would not answer the question. They said nothing and put their party before Virginians demonstrating they cannot be trusted.
