Public land should be used for the public to benefit the entire community. If you agree with me, you need to voice your opinion to the Board of Supervisors. The meeting is Sept. 21 at 6 p.m. at the old courthouse. You can also email them. I know the majority feels this way, but you have to speak up.

And I am a been-here. My father is a been-here. His parents were been-heres. Their parents were been-heres. All his cousins are been-heres. My grandfather has a room named after him at Salem Methodist Church. I’ve gotten the impression that all that matters with opinions is your family line, so that’s mine.
