Thank you to all the people who have supported the Art Speaks on the Bay Juried Art Show for the last five years at the Bay School Community Arts Center in Mathews.

We began this show to offer a venue for Virginia artists to participate in a quality show with major prize money and established judges. The show provides a venue in Mathews County and the Middle Peninsula for artists to display their work and offers opportunities for residents and visitors to see, enjoy and acquire artwork from talented Virginia artists.

We are very proud of the show and the quality of the art. The opening receptions have filled our gallery and have been attended by the participating artists, friends, and supporters of the arts from Mathews, the Middle Peninsula and across Virginia.  

We invite everyone to come to the Bay School to see the show before it closes on Saturday.
