We had the occasion to be a part of a celebration recently where Juan’s Restaurant catered. We want to commend Juan Carrillo and his staff for the excellent jobs we were fortunate enough to experience. The food was tasty and plentiful, the presentation was very appealing and his staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.

They offered a variety of dishes, all of which were fresh. They constantly replenished the dishes and kept the tables tidy and clean. The after-event clean-up was amazing, as well. They left the kitchen area spotless and gathered the leftovers for the sponsors. I can’t recall that we have experienced such professionalism and conscientiousness before from a caterer. Good job, Juan!
