Editor, Gazette-Journal:

I ask all voters in the Ware District to write in Ben Packett for Gloucester School Board on Nov. 5.  

Ben is a caring family man, a strong business person, and a proud member of our military. He is invested in the future of Gloucester schools, and he knows the importance of wise financial stewardship. He now serves our country in the U.S. Coast Guard as a reservist. He also has a degree in information technology and is an instructor for the U.S. Navy, all useful experiences to bring to our board.

Ben is our friend and former neighbor. We have found him to be intelligent, thoughtful, and kind. He is humble and wants to listen to and learn from teachers, parents, students, community members, and other leaders. He would be a huge asset to our Gloucester School Board and our community. Please write in Ben Packett!
