What a sad day for the town of Ferguson and for race relations in general. Once again, we see a black community ripped open by opportunists and outside criminals given a national stage by a slobbering news media. Businesses destroyed, most never to return; the resultant job loss and the now necessary farther distances the residents will have to travel for services. Does one really think it was Ferguson citizens who did this to their own town?

The blame lies squarely at the feet of the race baiters like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, our attorney general and thugs like the New Black Panthers who, if full racial equality were actually to emerge, would fade into richly deserved insignificance. When O.J. Simpson was found “not guilty,” did anyone see white rioting? Certainly not; many thought the verdict wrong, but it was accepted because it was in accordance with the laws by which we live.
