I am writing concerning the character of Tom Bowen. I have known Tom Bowen nearly 12 years and worked as his Administrative Assistant over 11 years. In all the years I have known and worked for Tom, he was always honest, thorough and fair. Tom is also a compassionate person who genuinely cares for others and the welfare of Mathews County.
