Letter: On storm shelters and submarine pens

Editor, Gazette-Journal:

There is much discussion about building a new school that will last for the next 70 years and also serve as a storm shelter for the citizens in the event of a disaster. Perhaps we should send Mr. Kiser to Germany to find out how they constructed their submarine pens during World War II. They were almost bomb proof.
