From the very beginning, Rob Wittman has voted in favor of every bit of GOP legislation to repeal and replace the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare), until now.

Like the dog that caught the car, he did not know what to do. The GOP finally had its day in the sun. They controlled the House of Representatives, the Senate, the White House and were well on their way to controlling the Supreme Court. Now all they had to do was repeal and replace the ACA.

So, Speaker Ryan produces The American Health Care Act. Rob Wittman has his chance to accomplish what he has voted for at every opportunity, to get rid of the ACA. What does he do? He choked! The ACA is still the law. Oh, and 24,000,000 Americans haven’t lost their health insurance.
