Regarding Representative Rob Wittman’s advocacy for government subsidies for broadband, I asked him, as I have on numerous occasions: Where does our Constitution authorize that? All I ever get is a form reply stating he is eager to answer my questions. I guess that doesn’t apply to the ones he doesn’t want to answer, such as this one—because it isn’t there.
