Letter: MPPDC’s integrity in question

In the March 1 Gazette-Journal there appeared a letter of extraordinary quality written by Bill Lucas from Dunnsville. If you are a reader or a politician, I urge you to read this letter again. This letter alerts all people to a mountain of issues of serious concern.

Many questions of fraudulent behavior arise. Has "best management practices" failed at the home of the Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission? Last month’s attempts by the chair of the MPPDC board to have the new commissioners vote to approve all votes taken by past commissioners is absurd! The new commissioners had no idea what their predecessors voted for or voted against. Can you see the legal questions raised by such as action taken by the "by-the-rules" chair, Louise Theberge? Mr. Whitlow’s "active" yet ineligible presence on the MPPDC board for three years leaves the MPPDC and all current board members in quite a lurch to put it in mildes...
