Letter: More than enough

My appreciation to Mr. J. Black for his pointed and concise treatment of the conspiracies, real or imagined ("Enough already,"
Feb. 9 Readers Write).

With state and federal legislation involved in creating ever more laws that impact every facet of our lives, from the light bulbs in our homes to the milk that we drink—enough already.

With the regulatory agencies of the federal government having mandated carbon, an element necessary for life, a toxic pollutant—enough already.

With the recent elimination of due process for certain crimes having been inserted into a military spending bill—enough already.

With the recent Health and Human Services ruling against religious liberty and basic human freedom against the Catholic Church’s teaching on contraception (not to mention abortion and surgical sterilization) has been consistent and public. This ruling violates the moral teachings of the Catholic Church. This is intoler...
