It’s late Tuesday night, Aug. 28th, our Meals on Wheels fundraiser has ended and I am truly overwhelmed. I feel so blessed by the support Mathews County has shown the Meals on Wheels program tonight. Words are inadequate to describe how grateful I am to each and every one who attended or assisted in any form.

This was our third fundraiser for this program and our most successful. After expenses, our profit was $4,014.75. Diane Bing and I love this program and without your support, we could not provide the "extras" and good quality food our patrons enjoy. Thanks to all of you!
