We had an inspiring Y board meeting on Thursday, July 31, with a very encouraging report from Mathews branch director Sheila Pillath. She gave us an update on various activities especially for children and young people for the summer. Come by and see all that we are doing.

Thanks to all of Mathews County (most especially our business owners) for giving for Bright Beginnings, our BBQ Bash and our annual and capital campaigns. We are moving forward.

Please join us on Saturdays at 8 a.m. at the Y to get ready for the Mathews Market Days run/walk. It’s a good beginning for your health and wellness program and it’s fun. All ages are welcome and you will feel great afterwards.
