Three years had passed since I last viewed the fireworks display in Mathews. Not only had the crowds swelled but the show continues to catapult to new heights. For a small community, this is impressive.
Thank you to the members of the committee for your exceptional work! Like Mathews Market Days, Independence Day at Mathews High School has become another distinctive focal point for the county.
