The start of 2014 is an exciting time for Mathews County as we are at the center of a special election, to be held Jan. 7, and I know my neighbors in Mathews care deeply about our county and hope all will plan to vote in this very important election.

I am writing you today to express my sincerest support for Lynwood Lewis in this very important special election and hope my neighbors in Mathews will join me in voting Tuesday, Jan. 7. 

We must make certain we continue to have the common sense leadership that puts the needs and issues of Mathews County first! We were fortunate to have had this in Ralph Northam for the past six years, and I know with certainty that Lynwood Lewis is the only candidate that can properly represent the needs of our small community.
