I have not been to a meeting of the Mathews County Board of Supervisors for many years. All I know is what I read in the paper. But if what I read in the Gazette-Journal is true, the County of Mathews is being run by a group of fourth graders. That may be an insult to the fourth grade and I apologize for that.
