It would be extremely difficult to find a candidate more qualified for office than E.W. Jackson. Bishop Jackson served and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marines. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with Phi Beta Kappa key from the University of Massachusetts. He graduated from Harvard Law School with Juris Doctor (JD) three years later. Now, I think that is impressive. He then studied theology at Harvard Divinity School and was accepted into the Baptist ministry.
E.W. Jackson taught regulatory law at Northeastern University in Boston. In 1997, he returned to his roots in Virginia. His family history in Virginia goes back to the time of the Revolutionary War. He taught graduate courses in business and commercial law in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake for Strayer University. He devoted himself to full-time ministry and his first book, "Ten Commandments to An Extraordinary Life," was published in 2008.
