Editor, Gazette-Journal:

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Vincent Inserra on May 7, 2014. My wife and I enjoyed taking care of Mr. Inserra as a patient at MCV in Richmond and also in Fredericksburg. We are still in possession of two Chevrolet vehicles we purchased from him at Christie Chevrolet-Olds in Mathews.

Mr. Inserra was truly a “salt of the earth” individual. He cared about the common man, delivered a good value in a car or truck, and truly cared about his family and the County of Mathews.
