Editor, Gazette-Journal: To find truth, we must look at the history of our country. If we do not have the facts, how can we possibly make an informed decision—Knowledge is Power. Seven presidents before Trump stated they needed to do something about Iran, yet did little to nothing to stop them from getting a nuclear weapon. There was little oversight and Iran continued to grow more powerful. When Israel was viciously attacked by Hamas on Oct. 7, 2023, they got little help from the U.S. under Biden. Iran supplies weapons and funds to their proxies: Hamas, the Houthis, and Hezbollah. Iran’s goal through their proxies is to commit genocide against the Jews and destroy Democracy around the World.
