Letter: Honesty and integrity?

The honesty and integrity of Donald Trump has been legitimately questioned even before he took the position of president of this great country. Unfortunately, his lack of honesty and integrity has continued during the current crisis.The Trump White House has been sending many mixed messages about the coronavirus, which has caused substantial frustrations and unnecessary anxiety to many Americans and in fact to people all over the world. While it appears that Trump is finally taking this pandemic seriously, following are a few examples of his recent inaccurate statements about this terrible coronavirus:

“It’s going to disappear. One day—it’s like a miracle—it will disappear,” Feb. 27, 2020.

“Now the Democrats are politicizing the coronavirus. This is their new hoax,”Feb. 28, 2020.

“We are totally prepared,” Feb. 28, 2020.

“Anyone who wants a test can get one,” Feb. 28, 2020.
