Thank you, Carol Manglos-Foster, for your heartwarming letter about the wonderful family of Ana and Hector and their successful Mathews Grill and Deli and Mi Casa Azteca restaurants in the heart of Mathews (“A great restaurant and a touching story,” March 9 Readers Write).

The food is great at both—but especially worthwhile is Mi Casa for the folklore-decorated booths by an artist friend of Hector’s.

This large family is exemplary in its hard work, support for each other and service to our community.
