Letter: Health care for all Americans

Editor, Gazette-Journal:

Health care for all Americans is an investment in ourselves. Like roads, bridges, the workers need maintenance. It is a good investment.

Although quality health care is available to some, the delivery system is inefficient and the administrative cost of bill paying and record keeping is excessive. We can do better. Continuous and preventive care beginning before pregnancy and throughout life improves productivity and adds quality to living. We must do better. A single-payer system is a good start.
