I’d like to take the time to thank a number of people/groups for their assistance in our run to the state championship. First, thank you to Dr. Clemons, the administration, school board, teachers, staff and students for your support, an amazing send-off and attendance at our games.

Next, the businesses who gave donations for camp and your positive signs along the Route 17 corridor. The Gloucester County Sheriff’s Department for their escort of our bus back to the high school; you made the girls feel like rock stars. Thanks to Kim Robins at the Gazette-Journal for keeping the public informed about our team.

Another thank you to our amazing parents for the food, moral support and allowing us to work with your talented daughters. Special thanks to our school athletic director Kristy Hunter and our trainer Katie Freeman.
