Editor, Gazette-Journal:

We are thankful for many things. We are thankful for our families and food and water, because without our family we wouldn’t be alive. We need food and water to survive. We are thankful for church, Jesus and God.

We are thankful for transportation because we would not be able to go to school and we are thankful for our school. And we are so thankful for our shelter.

We are thankful for freedom and our veterans, because they fight for our country. We are also thankful for our friends because they make us happy and they make us laugh. We love our pets. We love Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is when we talk about what we’re thankful for.

We are thankful for our teachers because they help us learn. We are thankful for clothes because it keeps us dry and warm. Those are the things we’re thankful for.
