Letter: For Winebarger

Editor, Gazette-Journal:

As a resident of Gloucester County, I’m truly concerned about the amount of money Mr. Gibson, a mere three-year resident of Petsworth, is funneling into his campaign to unseat the longtime resident and two-term incumbent Mr. Winebarger. Consider the possibilities: A wealthy lawyer working with other wealthy lawyers. I suggest his election will bring more solar fields, more huge housing developments, more government spending, and much higher taxes.

As our current supervisor, Mr. Winebarger has fulfilled all his promises to the residents of Petsworth by keeping property taxes low for eight years, while providing a critical approach to keeping local government small and efficient. His efforts to keep Gloucester rural, to enable reasonable growth without damaging the environment, to protect your gun rights, and to always aid his constituents at the local level, has earned him the very much deserved endorsement of our U.S. Representative, Congressman Rob Witt...
