Letter: For Smith, Parker, Nelson and Gibson

Editor, Gazette-Journal:

My vote for the Board of Supervisors At-Large seat will go to Kevin Smith. I believe that he is a good man and genuinely cares for all citizens here in Gloucester. He votes not only for the best interest of all of us, but with incomparable morals and ethics. He is a 2nd Amendment supporter and against CRT. He stood by the voters who supported the 1 percent sales tax increase intended for major renovations for GCPS when other board members voted to use the funds for old debt. He felt the bait and switch by the board was unethical and shameful.

To vote for his opponent, Teresa Altemus, would be an absolute tragedy for this county. The legal nightmare and turmoil she created for our town go down in our history as a dark and turbulent time that we dare not to have repeated. Frankly, I’m surprised she even remained a resident, let alone attempt to run again.
