I’m writing this in my support for Kevin Smith for the at-large seat for Gloucester County Board of Supervisors.

Kevin Smith is a good man and goes out of his way to listen to the citizens of Gloucester. Kevin conducts himself with decorum and has strong morals. His stances on the second amendment (he is pro-gun rights) and critical race theory in our education (which he is against) are extremely important to me. I appreciate his middle of the road approach to his role on the board. I feel it is vital that we have a well-balanced board and points of view.

Kevin was only one of two board members who voted to use the new sales tax increase the way it was intended to be used and the way we who voted expected the funds to be used. He stood his ground and stood by the overwhelming 60 plus percent of voters who were with the understanding that the new sales tax would be used for new construction and renovations.
