Letter: For Crowley

Editor, Gazette-Journal:

If I have to make a choice, and I do, I will choose a candidate for our 98th District who has used her privilege to influence a better outcome for those who are less fortunate.

If I have to make a choice, and I do, I will choose a candidate who has spent her life’s work as a leader in obtaining fair housing for the poor and in training social workers to work with dignity and compassion with those entrusted to their care.

If I have to make a choice, and I do, I will choose Sheila Crowley as the State Delegate for Virginia’s 98th District in the Nov. 7 election.

Sheila has spent her professional life serving others. That’s why I’m voting for her. I’m tired of elected officials who use their position for their own gain or the benefit of the party.

Sheila is intelligent, articulate, compassionate and committed to serving the common good. She is a progressive thinker, a problem solver who will work together with all representatives...
