With the major differences between pro-abortion Democrats and pro-life Republicans, abortion will be the “Elephant in the room” in the upcoming election. The Texas no-abortion-after-a-heartbeat law will rank it with illegal immigration and the Afghanistan withdrawal as a major issue.

One of the first opportunities to express support for the Texas law will be in Richmond this Friday. The third annual Virginia March for Life will take place at the capitol at a noon rally with several pro-life speakers. It will be followed by a march around the capitol at 1 p.m.

Many people may miss the march because it is on a work day, but I am sure there will be more opportunities, especially at the ballot box, to express your opinion on the abortion issue. Don’t fail to vote and leave the fate of helpless, innocent unborn children and our country up to others.
