Editor, Gazette-Journal:
We have a very important gubernatorial election in Virginia on Nov. 4. It is no decision to be taken lightly. Our choices are to go forward with Winsome Earle-Sears or go backward with Abigail Spanberger. I will be casting my vote for Winsome Sears, the active Republican candidate.
Winsome Sears will fight for the common-sense tax cuts that help all Virginians, such as eliminating the unfair car tax. She strongly supports law enforcement, Second Amendment gun rights, parental rights and not letting boys participate in girls’ sports or be in their locker rooms. Winsome has lived the American dream and will continue to fight for it.
Abigail Spanberger is the Democratic candidate. In 2020, she proudly declared herself a progressive that she is, not a moderate like she wants you to believe. Abigail is comfortable raising taxes to fund radical progressive policies. She is a greater advocate for the criminal rather than the victim. She does not seem to care about the...
