I loved the picture and the story in the Aug. 8 paper about the buyboat Linda Carol coming home to Mathews from the New York salvage yard. She looked sort of skinned up but so happy cutting through the water.
I know she will be beautiful when the good guys from Mathews who saved her finish fixing her up.
I guess I just like boats. My husband and my son were U.S. Coast Guardsmen.
