The Garden Club of Gloucester and Mathews held its 97th Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony in June. Every year the club recognizes many outstanding members for their contributions to the club, to the community and to the mission of conservation, beautification and restoration within our state.
This year the prestigious Toddsbury President’s Cup was awarded to Sarah Finney and Beth Tripp for their contribution, leadership and community involvement in the club. The Toddsbury Cup, donated by Mary and Breck Montague in memory of Catherine Sanders Mott Catlett and Matilda Gay Montague Moore, is the highest honor given by the club; and we are grateful to Sarah and Beth for their years of service.
