Letter: Clinic doing good work for community

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation to the Spay and Neuter Clinic in the White Marsh Shopping Center in Gloucester. Five years ago I walked into the clinic looking for help with some feral cats that I had been feeding. I knew I had to get them fixed, but I had no idea how. The staff at the clinic took the time to show me how to use a live catch trap, they loaned me several traps, and provided me with appointments to bring the feral cats in to get spayed or neutered at a very reasonable price.

Without their help at that time we would have had many more kittens and would not have the healthy feral cat colony that we have today.

Since that time, I cannot express to you what the Spay and Neuter Clinic means to me. The staff at the clinic are always there to help me with the animals that come into my life.
