We would like to invite everyone to our Faith in Wheels Vehicle Dedication Ceremony. This ceremony and celebration will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at Mathews Chapel United Methodist Church, 4185 Buckley Hall Road, Cobbs Creek. This will be indoors, so it will take place rain or shine. Please join us for great music, guest speakers, a blessing of the vehicle, and food and fellowship.

This is a community-wide event to celebrate the ways that the people come together to help their neighbors! Faith in Wheels is a mission that began in August 2015 with the goal of funding a handicap-accessible vehicle for MHS graduate Alyssa Briggs, who was paralyzed in a car accident at age 6. The mission was accomplished by July 9, 2016 after a gigantic yard sale brought our total funds raised to $40,800. Together, we are proud to dedicate Alyssa’s vehicle to her!
