Something is awfully wrong in Virginia when you cannot sit on your Capitol steps in peaceful demonstration of injustice. Rule or none, those steps belong to We the People. We the People have a right to speak out when things are going in the wrong direction. It is our duty. I ask that our legislators right this wrong.
