Dear Mr. Rob Wittman—Driving to Kilmarnock today, I thought about what I want to say to you, should we ever happen to meet face-to-face. I need to know your gut responses to the following questions, for that will tell me what kind of person you are.

Do you think it is OK for Trump to lie? Do you think it is OK for him to never take responsibility for his lies? Do you think it is OK for him to refuse to reveal his tax returns? Do you think it is OK for him to refuse to divest himself of lucrative “family” businesses? Do you think it is OK for him to receive strategy from colleagues with connections to white supremacists? Do you think it is OK for him to grab female genitals?

Your silence on these matters implies you condone his behaviors. How do you explain to your children about his behaviors? Surely, as the Virginia gentleman that you are, you are not teaching your children to behave this way.
