Letter: An attack on all Gloucester educators

I am writing in support of Mr. Rusty West and all citizens who cherish their First Amendment rights.

In his letter of May 19, Mr. West expressed his concerns regarding the actions of three members of the Gloucester County Board of Supervisors. The letter was a thoughtful and accurate observation of recent events and actions of these same elected officials.

Mr. West has worked for years with talented students in building a nationally acclaimed robotics program, called the 

“Robodukes.” Mr. West is preparing students for the 21st century workforce of digitally adept robotics engineers and scientists, who will hail from Gloucester. Mr. West is a valued teacher and one that we should keep in our school system.
