Letter: Altemus for Gloucester Board of Supervisors

I feel compelled to write this letter in response to recent letters from Louise Theberge, Peggy Bowditch and Breckinridge Ingles. How can they rewrite history? Two prosecutors decided there was nothing to prosecute and four independent judges ruled in favor of Ms. Altemus.

The continued “story telling” by these people confirms the fact that unfortunately Gloucester County has its own swamp, like in Washington, D.C. We need to drain the Gloucester swamp, and move our county forward.

I am not voting against Mr. Kevin Smith, even though he provides few reasons to support him. I am voting for Ms. Teresa Altemus for her positive outlook for the future of Gloucester County.

She has proven that she will protect and support the taxpaying citizens of our county. She is the Republican fiscal conservative who will keep our taxes low. Teresa also supports 2nd Amendment rights and has a history of supporting Gloucester’s public safety departments. As the Republ...
