Letter: A musically resplendent and diverse program

This is a letter of appreciation and also an invitation to our greater community in Gloucester. This past Sunday night, those of us lucky to be in attendance at Ware Church’s Service of Advent Lessons and Carols enjoyed a program of the quality ordinarily only to be had in a great cathedral.

We found the musical performances so unusually beautiful, we wish to share this with our greater community, and to let all know there are opportunities in the near future to enjoy the same. Our choirmaster and organist, internationally acclaimed British countertenor Charles Humphries, put together a musically resplendent and diverse program showcasing our Sanctuary Choir, offering works from 16th century composers right up through the 20th century.
