Read (or seen) the news lately?
Minnesota Somalis bankrolling terrorists in Somalia; Afghan and Syrian migrants up to 10 times more likely to be suspected of crimes in Germany; Islamic terrorists in Nigeria committing genocide against Christians; teen Afghan rapists suffer from “cultural differences.”
We have a duty to resist and repel these attacks on our culture. We must integrate our Christian beliefs with action, show courage with piety, and combine contemplation with sacrifice. We must do this in the service of something greater than ourselves. This service requires a strength rooted in discipline, guided by conscience, and committed to the protection of the weak and the defense of enduring principles. We must remember that faith is not merely private contemplation but a call to action—a call to protect, to serve and, when necessary, to fight.
