Who cares about Earth Day?

Earth Day can seem like a good idea; being good stewards of our environment is certainly a virtue. However, the hidden agenda as Washington University biologist, Barry Commoner, stated in 1970, “We are in an environmental crisis which threatens the survival of this nation, and of the world, as a suitable place of human habitation.”

Was this a reference to global warming? Guess again. Ecologist Kenneth Watt opined in 1970: “If present trends continue, the world will be about 4 degrees colder for the global mean temperature in 1990, but 11 degrees colder in the year 2000. This is about twice what it would take to put us into an ice age.”

Ooops. That duck didn’t float, so the hue and cry became just the opposite—Global Warming. That has since become so well exposed as being a hoax that it has morphed into Climate Change, which very conveniently covers any climate event and is now being promoted big time by the Green New Deal...
