A warm and Happy Pride Month to my fellow LGBTQIA+ who end up reading this message. As a proud Transgender and Bisexual member of this community, I just want to remind anyone who feels alone, feels isolated, and feels they have no one to reach out to that you are not and you do. We are here, we are out, and we will stand and fight for you. I want to give a shout-out to any and all in the Gloucester Community who have been friends and allies of the LGBTQIA+ community. There are many who push against us, fight against us, and want us to remain hidden, secret, and forgotten. They want to turn back the clock. We will not go back, we will not be silenced. You fight for me and I’ll fight for you and beside you. We will be heard, we will be seen. We exist and we are valid. You can’t dampen our Pride and our flag(s) fly high.
