Cliff Pugh, owner and operator of Let ’Er Fly Landworks in Mathews, loves what he does.

“I am a land development construction expert,” said Pugh.

Pugh is an all-around driveway and dirt work expert. He can work on yards, driveways and more. He can do drainage solutions, brush removal, light clearing, culvert installation, land grading and driveway repair. He also tills gardens, does spray work, clears new lots and can do bushhogging. He can also do any kind of tractor or excavator work.

He started his business as a part-time gig 12 years ago. He has been in the construction industry since he was 11 years old with his dad at SBH Specialty Stone & Supply, Inc.

Pugh has now been operating his business full-time for three years. He is licensed and insured. His goal is to one day get into forestry mulching.

Pugh loves what he does in the place he is from. “It makes a world of difference,” he said.
