Leslie Foster Wilkins, 64, of Gloucester, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026, at her home after battling Alzheimer’s. She was born in Alexandria, Va. She was a nurse at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital with over 33 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lessie Worrell Foster, and is survived by her husband of 43 years, Barry Wilkins; daughter, Rachael Hand (Patrick); son, Joshua Wilkins; brother, Stevie Foster (Pam), and grandchildren, Brayden Wilkins, Ella Hand, and Jackson Hand.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Andrews Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
