Leigh Ann Austin of Erick, Oklahoma, was the great-granddaughter of the late Otis and Lillian Kemp of Moon, Va. 

She was born Sept. 9, 1963 and went home to be with her Heavenly Father, Feb. 17, 2018.

She is survived by her mother, Thelma E. Kemp of Henrico; one sister, Teresa Hubbard (Bubba) of Mathews; one brother, Joel Rampe (Catarina) of Highland Springs; two daughters, Teresa Nadeau (Dustin) of Freemont, Michigan, and Stacy Austin of Clinton, Oklahoma; one son, Joseph T. Austin of Virginia; her companion for the past 16 years, Randall Flowers; four stepchildren, Rodney, Patricia, Priscilla, and Thomas Flowers; six grandchildren; seven stepgrandchildren, and special aunt, Deborah Downey of Aylett.

Leigh loved the Chesapeake Bay and the Florida State Seminoles and was proud of her Native American heritage.
