The members of American Legion Post 83, Mathews, will hold a flag disposal service at the post home on Route 198 in Hudgins at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 14 (Flag Day). The public is invited to attend.
Worn, tattered and unserviceable flags, banners, pendants, etc. may be dropped off at the flag disposal box below the stairway at the rear of the post building or presented at the service. Graveside replacement flags will be available for free pick-up.
