Lee-Jackson Day observance

Harry Sontag of Northern Virginia portrayed Dr. Hunter McGuire, chief surgeon for Gen. Thomas J. “Stonewall” Jackson’s Corps in the Army of Northern Virginia during the Civil War, at a Lee-Jackson Day observance held Jan. 12 in the old House of Delegates’ Chamber at the State Capitol, Richmond.
